About our Client
Our client is an international business management school located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. They are looking for a minute taker to assist them during a Board of Directors meeting on the 17th July. In this role you will be responsible for taking the minutes during the meeting, and ensuring they are typed and completed before the end of the day. This is a great 1-off assignment for an admin assistant with minute taking experience.
- Previous experience taking minutes at a high level
- Intermediate – advanced MS Office Skills
- Clear written and verbal communicator
- Reliable and approachable
