We are looking for franchisees/business partners who will represent the Recruiting in Motion brand with a high degree of professionalism, ethics and integrity. Some of our most successful franchisees also have practical experience working in the disciplines for which they recruit; such as accounting, finance, sales & marketing, or other professional disciplines.

Initial Questions

After reviewing our website, you may still have questions; and we will likely have the answers! The easiest way to reach us is by sending us an email to franchise-info@recruitinginmotion.com, or simply fill out our Information-Request form. We will get in touch with you to answer your questions, get to know you, and discuss franchise opportunities.

Submit Franchise Application

Once you have determined that you are interested in being considered as a franchisee, we will send you a formal application for you to review and submit for consideration.

Interview Process

After your franchise application form has been approved, you will go through a series of high level interviews with our team members in order to evaluate whether or not you will be the right fit for Recruiting in Motion.

Confirming Territory

An agreed-upon territory will be determined to ensure maximum market penetration and financial success for the franchisee.

Review the Franchise Disclosure Document

If we'd both like to proceed, we'll send a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document for you to review and sign.

Additional Due Diligence & Discovery Day

Here you will have the opportunity to meet additional Recruiting in Motion corporate team members, as well as other franchisees.

Review / Sign the Franchise Agreement

By this stage, you've conquered the franchise process and you are ready to become the next Recruiting in Motion Business Partner; now the fun really starts!

Site Selection (Timing: to be determined based on local real estate conditions)

We will work closely with you to find the best office location based on our proven model.

Office set-up / training

We will assist in all aspects of your office set-up; from layout and design to furniture selection. You will also participate in extensive training; both at our corporate offices and at your location.

Grand opening!

By opening day, you will have all of the tools you need to become a successful Recruiting in Motion Business Partner.

Territories

Our franchisees are granted exclusive rights to market and grow their business within a defined territorial border. However, we also recognize the importance of relationships that may extend across geographical borders, and our agreements ensure that you can foster the relationships that you have developed. We currently have available territories across Canada (except for Quebec) and intend to expand our network into the United States soon.
