Marzia Chaudhary is a strategic recruitment consultant with Recruiting in Motion. She has a passion for technology, and a special interest in the development of the emerging Handheld/Mobile and Digital/Social Media space.

Over the past 7 years, Marzia has provided mobile and digital solutions to clients in North America, London, Dubai and the MENA region. She has identified a large number of mobile marketing, social media and e-commerce opportunities in various markets for her clients. She has defined and documented mobile and digital solution requirements as well as developed and managed a technology team for the development and implementation of marketing solutions.

Marzia also brings to her role 5+ years of executive search and recruiting experience. She has lead a team to execute search projects in the global marketplace. As a recruiter she has developed new search and screening tactics and strategies that have improved efficiency in locating and identifying high-caliber candidates. She has managed many complex projects and relationships within key accounts with a strong affinity in identifying and aligning the client's needs with her team's expertise.
