About Our Client Our client is seeking a Senior Informatica Developer with Teradata development experience to work at their Toronto Office in either a contract or permanent capacity. Responsibilities The Developer will be responsible for the following: Responsible for the design, build, and deployment of the data integration/ETL component Able to work very closely with the Data Architect and the Business Requirements Analyst or subject matter experts. Proven knowledge of ETL tools and languages Demonstrated ETL programming skill Able to work as part of a dynamic onshore / offshore team Strong oral and written communication skills Able to write Teradata SQL Can independently analyze data relationship Able to translate business requirements in to technical detail Qualifications The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this role: Minimum 5 years Informatica development experience. Proven experience in Unix Writing and optimizing SQL code and stored procedures Informatica map development. Performance Tuning Informatica maps.
